About the role
This role is on client sites more than it is in our office. You will be the person who finds the spreadsheet everything actually depends on.
What you will do
- 01Map current-state processes as they genuinely operate
- 02Interview staff at every level, from operator to director
- 03Design target-state processes with the client’s own team
- 04Write requirements engineers can build from without guessing
- 05Track decisions and keep the scope honest
- 06Support user acceptance testing and rollout
What we are looking for
- Process mapping and requirements work on real programmes
- Writes clearly and precisely
- Comfortable challenging a client politely
- Organised enough to keep a programme’s decisions traceable
Useful, not essential
- Government, education or regulated-sector programmes
- Change management experience
- Working knowledge of Telugu, Hindi or Arabic
